Add Microsoft Registry Editor (RegEdit) to My Computer

This tweak will add Microsoft Registry Editor to context menu of My Computer. For anyone who doesn't know, when you right-click on the My Computer button in the Start menu it brings up a menu, this is where it will display this new link.
