Unpack the setup file with WinRar. record an installation with this command
setup.exe /r /f1"c:\setup.iss" the iss file will cary out the answers you will give to setup while installing

now you can perform a silent installation with the iss file.
setup.exe /s f1"drive:\folder\setup.iss"
