Peek is a freeware utility that allows you to perform the same function as the Unix strings command, but from a context menu. The program is available here: http://www.cspltd.ndirect.co.uk/business/wordproc.htm It's at the very bottom of the page.


To install this utility:

1. Unpack the .ZIP file into a directory
2. Run the following command (It installs from an INF file):

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 128 \Path to Unpack Dir\PEEK.INF
